搭配 Node.js server 的 ajax, websocket範例集

前陣子在公司做教學，所以寫了很多的 demo，可以放出來曬...
Ajax 範例集:

請直接執行 node app.js 就可以當server使用了，這個express版本是4.x，所以請安裝express模組
cookie-parser, body-parser, cookie-session 這些模組。
